At the quantum scale, what we do in the present can impact what happens in the past. This is shown through what's known as the quantum delayed choice, or quantum eraser experiment.
His video really does not explain anything at all he doesn’t explain. How does 1 do it and how does it actually apply to relationships and things that people have done he just talks about in the context of a proton.
Your statement about how things are simply controversial does not lead anyone to believe that what he is saying is true and is a typical response from people who believe in in quantum theory, but you can’t give real evidence to what they are saying, and you have to be able to explain how things work, and give examples and how it applies to the type of situation you’re discussing otherwise people will not believe
I'm not sure I understand what you are getting at? Can you be more specific? The observations observed at the quantum level are not "theory." Sure, they may not apply to classical physics but that's not the point....I am not trying to get anyone to "believe" anything I am saying. And no, you don't have to explain how things work. For example...remote viewing is a repeated and demonstrated phenomenon, yet no explanation exists for how it works.....

Indeed, applying quantum physics discoveries/findings to everyday life is a completely different and controversial discussion!
